Alvilde (b. 1992), educated at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design (AHO), is a Norwegian visual artist based in Palermo, Italy.

Alvilde's detailed brushwork unites simplicity with elegance. With an expressionistic use of color, she captures stories in the moment, where her paintings oscillate between the figurative and the abstract.

Through her artistic practice, Alvilde has presented works in a range of solo and group exhibitions in Norway and internationally. Her works have been showcased in galleries and art spaces in Oslo, Bergen, Palermo, Berlin, Paris, and Vienna. With a practice that moves between the intimate and the sensory, Alvilde explores themes related to intimacy, humanity, and rituals
